Chanel

I recently watched Coco avant Chanel. And it got me thinking about what would practical, boyish, revolutionary, amazingly stylish Chanel think of the clothes being designed for the band she created.

I really wonder what she would think. Would she have moved forward with fashion just as Lagerfeld has done? Or would she be stubborn to change? I mean if I established such a classic way of dressing. Which I had put all my time and energy in creating, I doubt I would be willing to put everything on the line to try new looks. Maybe Chanel would hate the new clothes or maybe she would love them.

One thing is for sure Coco Chanel advanced fashion. So is there anything thing wrong with Lagerfeld advancing Chanel?

I'm in massive shock after today in Australian Parliament.Poor Krudd you can see the sadness in his eyes. Bad enough losing your job without the whole country watching. Oh it is sad sad sad. I personally don't think Kevin was doing a bad job, it's not his fault America sent the rest of the world into recession.

I guess they are so different because I'm a teenage girl and have 23847128947128375873245327 billion different emotions at once.

2 more exams until can actually have a decent life, blog, and normal sleeping habits.

dodgey little outfit post

I've been desperate to post something but I haven't had the time or the camera doesn't have the battery :(

I just love straw hats, knee high socks and play suits.

Oh how I pine for a cloche hat! But alas, I have a fat cranium.

No seriously, I'm not even kidding! I haven't been able to find any nice vintage hats that fit me.

So I guess I'll have to stick to berets which are still pretty fantastic.

Here is a picture from like December of a beautiful plum beret once I owned, but my mother put it is the wash?? for no apparent reason and it shrunk :(

The quality of the picture is horrid but enjoy.
